Dandies Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education, workforce development, and community empowerment through barbering and professional skills training.
Launching soon, the foundation is being built to expand access to hands-on education, mentorship, and real-world career pathways for aspiring barbers, young adults, and life-long learners.
Dandies Foundation exists to cultivate academic and professional excellence by:
Providing hands-on vocational and trade education
Offering professional mentorship and career readiness
Supporting community engagement and service
Creating sustainable pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and economic independence
Dandies Barber School, operating under Dandies Foundation, will serve as the foundation’s primary educational initiative. The school will focus on:
State-compliant barbering education
Health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards
Business fundamentals and career development
Preparing students for licensure, employment, or entrepreneurship
The program is designed to bridge education and industry by connecting students with real-world shop environments, mentorship, and long-term career opportunities.
Once launched, Dandies Foundation will reinvest resources back into the community by:
Expanding access to trade and vocational education
Supporting workforce development initiatives
Partnering with local businesses and institutions
Promoting ethical practices, professionalism, and lifelong learning
Dandies Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Donations and grants will be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law once programs are fully launched.
