Available Opportunities
PLAN A: Weekly Chair Rental
$350 per week + $350 security deposit • 6-month lease
Operate independently while working in an elevated, high-end barbershop setting with furnished chair + station space.
(No shared-revenue collaborations under this option)

PLAN B: Independent Contractor – Rental + Revenue Share
$77 per month + 50% revenue share • Month-to-Month (No early termination fee)
For barbers who prefer a shared-revenue collaboration rather than fixed rent.
This option provides access to an established client environment, marketing visibility, and operational support. A portion of revenue helps cover shared expenses including rent, utilities, HOA, property tax, beverages, towels, customer service and other common-area services.

PLAN C: Ownership Pathway Programs (for just $10,000)
$250* per week + 15% revenue share • 5-year lease (Custom lease programs available)
Chair ownership opportunities may be available for the right owner operators.
Custom arrangements may be discussed based on your experience, clientele, and business objectives.

Requirements
• Valid Barber License (preferred)
• Business License and Insurance required (support available if you are getting started)
• Background check required
• Professional presentation – all-black dress code requested for brand consistency
• Commitment to barber board sanitation standards and great client care

Skilled in any of the following is a plus:
• Razor work
• Beard trims + hot towel shaves
• Classic & modern cuts
• Skin fades + clipper work
• Grooming services (facials, head spa, eyebrows, etc.)
