THESE CAMERAS ARE IN OPERATION 24/7 AND ARE PLACED IN PUBLIC AREAS AS PART OF OUR COMMITMENT TO MAINTAINING A PROFESSIONAL SETTING. THE RECORDINGS ARE RETAINED FOR A LIMITED TIME. By entering, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may be used by Dandies for security, operations, and promotions.

Dandies Barber 3-Day Service Guarantee Policy

At Dandies Barber, we stand behind the quality of our work and your overall experience. Our goal is to ensure every client leaves satisfied. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve created a fair and simple process to make it right.

What Our 3-Day Guarantee Covers

If you are not reasonably satisfied with the haircut or service provided, you are eligible for:

1. Complimentary Fix-Up (Primary Resolution)

  • Valid within 3 days (72 hours) of your service

  • Performed at no additional cost (“on the house”)

  • Includes reasonable adjustments such as: Blend corrections, Length adjustments, Line-ups / clean-ups,   Minor refinements

2. Refund Request Option (If Not Resolved)

If a fix-up is not possible or you remain unsatisfied after a reasonable attempt to correct the service, you may submit a request:

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original service

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case at management discretion within 48 hours.

What Is Covered

  • Quality of the service performed (haircut, beard, or treatment outcome)

  • Clear execution issues (e.g., uneven blend, missed areas, incorrect length)

What Is Not Covered

To keep the policy fair and sustainable, the following are not eligible:

  • Change of mind or preference after service is completed

  • Requests for a completely different style than originally agreed

  • Issues not reported within the 3-day window

  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality (e.g., wait time, personal preference shifts)

  • Work altered by another barber or third party after your visit

Important Notes

  • The guarantee applies only to the original service performed at Dandies Barber

  • One fix-up per service

  • Refunds, if approved, will not exceed the original service amount

  • Attempting chargebacks without following this process may void eligibility
