At Dandies Barber, maintaining exceptional haircut quality is our top priority. To ensure our barbers consistently meet our high standards, we implement a rigorous quality control process, including regular assessments and practical tests. These evaluations measure key aspects such as technical skill, sanitation, professionalism, and overall service quality.  

We also place a strong emphasis on customer feedback, using it as a valuable tool to refine our services. Our service standards align with those set by the state barber board, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Additionally, we have an in-house barber instructor with 25 years of experience in barber education. To further enhance our team's skill set, we host specialty training sessions to keep our barbers updated on the latest techniques.  

Before officially joining our team, all barbers undergo a practical test, which is assessed on multiple quality metrics. If a barber consistently fails to meet our standards or receives ongoing negative feedback, we take necessary action, including termination of their agreement.
