First, you'll be able to show them how conversations work. You don't get your haircut on your phone—you talk with the person who does it for you. And if they're one of our Dandies Barbershop staff members, then they're going to talk with your kid about anything from dinosaurs to pop culture.

Second, you'll teach them about the importance of being valued as an individual. Our staff members take pride in their work and want each customer they serve to feel like they matter—which means they'll take the time needed to get to know each person who walks through their door and make sure they leave happy.
